The Search Begins

With a clear understanding of your requirements we will compile a selection of properties that will match your criteria. Often viewings can be arranged immediately, however in some cases an appointment will be made to visit a property.

Viewings

Viewings can be arranged between 9.30 am-4.30pm Monday to Friday and by appointment only on Saturdays between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm.

Selecting a Property

Once you have chosen a suitable property a reservation fee of £117.50 per adult will be required to secure the property whilst we apply for references on your behalf.

Tenancy Agreement

Once the references have been approved and the landlord confirms that they would like to proceed, we will draw up the relevant paperwork, forming a legal agreement to be signed by both parties.

Inventory

An inventory of the contents and condition of the property will be produced prior to the commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant for approval and signed by the tenant at check in.

Rent and Deposit

One months rental payment is required prior to the commencement of the tenancy.
A deposit of one and a half times the months rent is also required from the tenant, which will then be held by Let Solutions as the Landlords Agent. This deposit will be reimbursed at the end of your tenancy, subject to their being no damage or dilapidations caused to the property.

Completion

Congratulations, keys are now handed over and you can move into your new home!
